There are three clarity levels available: HD, UHD, and 4K UHD, ranging from low to high resolution.

If high-definition streaming is difficult to load, it may be due to network issues. In this case, you can switch to a lower resolution to ensure smoother live viewing.

In scenes with unstable lighting changes, such as dusk and dawn, the camera may frequently switch between day mode and night vision mode due to continuous changes in light. When the switching frequency is too high, the device will first pause for a period (about 60 seconds) before switching.

If the environment is very dark or very bright but the camera cannot enter or exit night vision mode, user assistance is needed to submit logs for analysis to determine if there is a camera fault.

The motion sensor of the camera detects distance and range.

The maximum detection distance of the motion sensor is 10 meters at the center and about 8 meters on the sides, and the sensitivity needs to be adjusted to the highest setting.

The detection range of the motion sensor is about 100°.
