What to Do if Night Vision Switching is Abnormal

1. Automatic Infrared Night Vision Mode

Normal Behavior: The camera automatically switches to infrared night vision mode in low-light conditions (e.g., nighttime or cloudy days). The image will be in black and white.

Issue: If the image remains black and white during strong daylight, it may indicate a malfunction in night vision switching.

Solution:

• Go to the camera's image settings and disable the infrared night vision mode.
• Check if the camera displays normal color images during daylight.

2. Automatic Full-Color Night Vision Mode

Normal Behavior: In this mode, the camera automatically switches to full-color night vision in low-light conditions. Images are displayed in full color.
