When a scheduled cruise is enabled, the device will perform a panoramic cruise or fixed-point cruise during the set period. The point of a fixed-point cruise is determined by your favorite locations, with a maximum of 5.

1. Please check whether the network environment of the camera has changed recently (such as whether the router has been replaced). Please check if the WiFi signal in the Network Information is over 80%. Please also confirm whether the power supply and network in the environment of your camera are normal.

2. Replug the power cord. If the device is normal, the light will stay solid green and then start flashing green after each power-on. If the light does not work, the adapter, power cord, or camera may be abnormal. In this case, please replace the adapter or power cord. If the problem persists, please contact our after-sales personnel.

3. Please reconfigure the network for the camera (please remove the memory card before doing so).

4. Please try connecting to another WiFi network or a mobile hotspot for network configuration.

5. If the problem persists, please provide the device SN and card log to our technicians for further analysis.

Normally, when the camera network connection is working properly, it can automatically reconnect to the network after being powered off. However, in some cases such as a power outage, the reconnection may fail and require reconfiguration.

The memory card recording has been improved and upgraded: at present, it supports time settings and is divided into two modes—continuous recording and event recording. Continuous recording refers to uninterrupted video recording, while event recording refers to videos that are automatically recorded when triggered by an event.
