I had a manufacturing defect on my camera & Botslab readily sent me another one. They told me to email them within 2 business days two get a tracking number. The replacement arrived in two days! Bravo 🙌! Aside from the unfortunate flaw - I stand by this product & apparently so do they! Great camera & fully satisfied.

There is no instruction manual for the kit. It came with a quick setup sheet that has poor pictures with no actual instructions.

Your documentation is very high level. Some settings are self explanatory but many settings have 'settings' that are not further explained and makes no sense. It would also be helpful to know a deeper understanding as to how the system works. For example, in the documentation you just talk about a LED but the diagram does not point to this 'LED'. I assume now it is the one on the power button. It states that when this LED flashes it is in parking surveil mode. Yes it does that but then after a while it goes off. The documentation should point this out because now I think the camera is no longer doing its function. All over it is a great camera so far. I have only used it for a week now but it is a solid device and I am glad I went with the Botslab. But please put people to work on the documentation and get that expanded. Let someone re write it that has no experience with the device and you will see how many questions THEY have now. That is what we the customer lacks as well.

This is the second dashcam that I purchased from Botslab. I have had a good experience with the first dashcam I purchased so I got another one for my other car and plan to purchase another two in the future for my truck and my daughter's car. The installation is so easy and they provide you with the tool to hide the wires. The app works great as well and is easy to navigate.
This is a reliable doorbell camera. The one area that needs fine tuning is the sensitivity to motion. I have it on Medium sensitivity but it's still sending alerts for cars passing on the road.
